Welcome to Equal Parts Cocktail Company LLC, doing business as Equal Parts Cocktail Co. (“Equal Parts Cocktail Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Equal Parts Cocktail Co. sells cocktail and mocktail kits, and related accessories. Our kits do not include alcohol. Kits may suggest specific spirits for pairing, but we do not sell, distribute, or ship alcoholic beverages of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases on our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Product Information
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product information or other content on our Site is error-free, complete, or current. Equal Parts Cocktail Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or violation of these Terms.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway. Equal Parts Cocktail Co. does not store or have access to your full payment details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, Equal Parts Cocktail Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage occurring during transit.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at cheers@equalpartsco.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns may be accepted for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Refunds or exchanges are processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, and product designs—is the property of Equal Parts Cocktail Co. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
