At Equal Parts Cocktail Co., we take great care in packing and shipping your cocktail and mocktail kits so they arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find details on our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that during high-demand periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has shipped
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after your order has shipped
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
We do not currently offer free shipping unless stated in a specific promotion.
4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Equal Parts Cocktail Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at cheers@equalpartsco.com.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue, though we cannot guarantee replacements for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship alcohol or any product containing alcohol.
Certain kits may include perishable or fragile components that are best shipped within the continental U.S. — we may limit shipments to certain regions during extreme temperatures to ensure quality.
7. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has received your package.
