At Equal Parts Cocktail Co., we take pride in the quality of our cocktail and mocktail kits and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Because our products are carefully curated and often include perishable or consumable components, returns are limited and accepted only under specific conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for new, unopened, and unused products that are still in their original packaging.
To be eligible, your return must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is in its original, unopened condition.
  • The product was purchased directly from www.equalpartsco.com.

If your return meets these conditions, please email us at cheers@equalpartsco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for next steps.

2. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will provide you with a return shipping label upon approval of your return request, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit, so please package your items securely.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Any opened or partially used kits;
  • Individual ingredients, food items, or consumables;
  • Gift cards or digital products;
  • Final sale or clearance items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cheers@equalpartsco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement product.
