For our booze-free recipes - the Bengal Spice Tea (cinnamon, chicory, cardamom, clove) has a well rounded spice, bursting with character, that balances out the salty, sour notes of the Cranberry Umeboshi/Meyer Lemon blend in the Ambrosia, while the Wake Up & Get Down stands alone boldly, without the vodka.
